New orchid had a worm in it!

Hi all. I bought a new orchid online and its in great condition. It was super packed in sphag. I was taking it out of that to put it in semi hydro. I found a red and yellow worm with lots of legs. I killed it and didnt find any others. I had this orchid for a few days before I repotted it. Should I be worried about this orchid or my collection? All my other orchids are in semi hydro. Thanks!
eta: its a phal.

Probably a millipede ...
Shouldn't be anything to worry about.

Centipede or millipede, either one eating decaying veggies, or one chasing other arthropods. Anyway it means the substrate is old.

I have pulled 3 centipedes out of my mounted Leptotes bicolor so far. It's mounted on a tree fern plaque and they usually come out when I water it. They don't seem to be bothering the plant and my partner gets to feed them to his carnivorous plants.
