Hello everyone! I'm new here and I have read a lot about orchids here coz I would like to know a lot of things about cymbidiums. I bought in a sale 2 cymbidiums without flowers last December. Does anybody know how to tell the colours of the flowers? Maybe by the leaves or the bulbs? Merci beaucoup for helping me!!! :)

In the Cymbidium forum, there is a sticky thread (at the top) with links to Cymbidium care sheets.

There is no way to tell from the appearance of the plant what the flowers may look like.

Thank You a lot for welcoming me, answering my question and giving me the links, Madame White Rabbit! :) I have read a lot of things about cymbidiums here, in the forums, indeed. Even I read the conversations one by one. I think it's really helpful for me as a beginner. :) I bought the cymbidiums cos they look very healthy and beautiful even without flowers. Well,,,even I don't know what colours of the flowers are for now,,I think I must be patient in waiting for the flowers before buying new ones. Not sure can be very patient or not, in fact! With a very kind and generous husband who always offers buying me the cymbidiums and the temptations of the cymbidiums themselves! :) Thanks a lot once again for your kindness!!! Bisous from France! :)
