dendrobium kingianum var. album
 

I just bought a little den. Kingianum var. Album from orchids limited, I didn't know they were so tiny. Photographers make them look much bigger than what the are.
I will post pictures tomorrow after I get back home.

Seems that some are bigger than others ...

If " tiny", it may still get bigger, tho never get to be more than 7-8".

here it is. it has two flowers right now and two more about to bloom.
just incase you're wondering, the two behind it are a phalaenopsis schilleriana 3n (v. purpurea (4n) 'pink giant' x 2n 'pink butterfly' AM/AOS and a
stanhopea nigro violacea. :D
so im excited to see how these will all turn out in the next yea or two.
the kingianum fragrance is strong. very lovely.
do they bloom off old canes like some of the dendrobium nobiles do?

Yes, canes can bloom more than once :)
I can't say about ALL Dens, but all that I have can rebloom on previously bloomed canes - Den-phals, Latourias, victoria-reginae and a v-r hybrid (I can't remember the name of the section they're in) :p, as well as the kingis :)
