Looks more like a Psychopsis (now Oncidium) than a paph. Paphs don't have pbulbs.

also looks like some Bulbophyllum

It is Oeceoclades maculata, Monk Orchid. A weedy South Florida exotic.

Wish I could find that in my back yard. Of course all you would find right now is maybe a snowman.

There are probably 50 of these growing under the oaks on my property, literally grow like weeds. None the less, I find them attractive as well. I remember when I first discovered them, I thought I had discovered some rare Florida Orchid. Now, the Environmental Police are trying to figure a way to eradicate them as they threaten something somewhere.

Glad to have solved the mystery! Hope you enjoy. I grow some in a little terrarium with various mosses and tillandsias collected from around the property. I really like the mottled leaves!

Well, you can eradicate a few my way when the weather gets nicer and I won't complain. Plus I can almost promise that they will not go crazy here outside.

I'm with you! I wouldn't mind finding a few of those popping up in my yard/landscape.
