Searching for taller pots

I need to repot some paphs that only need a 4" wide pot (or even smaller) but could use quite a bit of depth - even up to 6" on some. I've been searching for deep pots but not finding anything in pots that are under 5". Anyone have suggestions for sources? Thanks!

Look for cymbidium pots.

I was having that trouble with my phrags....I finally started cutting off water bottles, large juice bottles etc...they don't look quite as pretty, but they are very functional. Good luck with your search!!

I would try Kelly's Korner Orchids, here is a picture of aforementioned Cymbidium pots. Sorry for the poor screen shot.

Thanks for the suggestions! Once I started searching for cymbidium pots, I found them right away. Although, now I'm looking at all the free plastic bottles in my recycling bin!

I think you'll find it works great! My phrags like it!

Yeah, cymbidium pots are awesome. You can find some really nice terra cotta ones with Chinese paintings and letters on them too.

I found some 5.1/2" square pots that are abt 6" deep at Griffin's, but they only sell a box with some 400+ pots. It is a good size for Paphs & Phrags, that have outgrown 3.1/2 & 4" pots though.

Perhaps a suitably sized flower vase with a hole drilled for drainage? They tend to be taller than they are wide.

I am afraid that I have too many Paphs for that approach. I need about 25 of the larger pots right now, and I will need 50-75 more in the fall.
