Phal leaf issue diagnosis help
 

I have a Phalaenopsis mannii x self that is losing a leaf to something that looks like it could be a disease. I've attached a photo—any idea what the problem could be?

I moved this orchid away from the rest of my collection in case it's something contagious, but thus far my others look fine.

Could be several things but the best way to handle it is to remove it at the base. If other leaves show the same symptoms, then perhaps the cause can be traced down.
