This is Vf. White Crane (Vanda. sanderianum x Neofinetia falcata). I love the form of the flowers and the vigorous healthy growth. It was planted in SH 9 months ago. The first root was going out of the pot and had to be redirected a couple of times. However, all the following roots and the branches from old roots dived into the leca on their own and remain very healthy with pink growing tips.

However, it is not white but washed-out magenta (claimed to be nature's favorite color by a frustrated hybridizer of flowers) With the exception of a few hours in the morning when it can pass for one of my honey suckles in fragrance, it smells like toxic chemicals to me.

I should note that I make sure that the bottom of monopodials do not touch the media and dry out quickly. Here I attached a small net tube under the stem. I also grow in the N.E. , central heating and low humidity.
