Dendrochilum exiguum
 
The only known specimen was from the summit of Mount Camotis in Quezon.
The only known specimen was destroyed at Philippine National Herbarium. No other specimens are known.
Just stumble today over this guy, me loving mini's had to check, so cute, so said it is gone!
