what happened to Subgenus Phalaenopsis - Section Conspicuum ?

some where we found :-

1) Phalaenopsis minus belongs to Subgenus Phalaenopsis - Section Conspicuum

2) Phalaenopsis finleyi is the new name for Phalaenopsis minus and it belongs to Subgenus Aphyllae. Subgenus Phalaenopsis-Section Conspicuum not have any members

we believe the second option is right and wish to make confirm over here

I don't know the consensus, but this Ph.D thesis (2006), using molecular phylogeny, proposes that P. minus to be the only species in Section Conspicuum under subgenus Parishinae. I didn't check if his work has been published yet.
Phylogenetic reconstruction of Phalaenopsis (Orchidaceae) using nuclear and chloroplast DNA sequence data and using Phalaenopsis as a natural system for assessing methods to reconstruct hybrid evolution in phylogenetic analyses

So his view is different from Tsai (2011), which doesn't seem to mention Padolina's work.
