Masdevallia rigens?
 

Hello, I have a plant that I bought at an orchid show labeled as Masdevallia rigens. When I brought the plant home I repotted it and it bloomed. This plant is extremely easy to grow. I googled it a few days ago though but found limited information on Masdevallia rigens. I doubt that this plant is really a Masd rigens and I don't know what it could be. Also has anyone else seen this plant in cultivation before?

Do you have a picture of the plant, and the blooms, that you could post?

Your link didn't work but I'm an IT guy so I figured it out... anyway, yes it appears that's likely what it is... Masd rigens.

But that leads me to ask... why do you doubt that's what it is?
