I'm back!!!
 

Not that I was necessarily missed, but I have gotten back to my babies. Lost about half the collection last winter and this summer due to lousy conditions and a busy life. However, I have given them a treat this fall. I now have a very small greenhouse that they are doing well in. I swear that after a week in there they improved like crazy. I will never catch up with the posts I have missed, but I will be checking back in. Got at least 6 in spike and I am so excited!

Welcome back!! Only yesterday I've decided to come back to OB as well. My orchids also suffered, and I've also lost quite a few mostly because of my busy life. But no nice greenhouse for mine!

Nice to hear that I was missed. I got a cheap 6 x 8 greenhouse kit this year. We had an old electric heater that was salvaged from an abandoned house and if you remember I bought 10 4'x8' sheets of tempered glass a year ago. Also found a pallet of "scratch and dent" plywood and particle board at Menards for next to nothing. Cut strips off of the particle board and formed frames around the glass. Then put those up around the kit. 111 in there today. Holds the temp at 60 at night. Running 50 - 80 percent humidity. Gravel floor and sunk it 3 feet in the ground.
