Aerides quinquevulnera x Asctm. miniatum
Decided to tie this vanda on a tall wrightia religiosa shrub couple of months back. It rooted well around the wrightia stem and start putting up a flower spike.

The flowers are a very pretty color! Congratulations on your blooms!
|
Very nice :D
|
Nice! I hang a couple of my floppy-leaf vandas on my big Wrightia too. :D
Is that a keiki growing off the principal plant? |
Quote:
Yup, it was a keiki, but i have since separated it from the parent plant, so it's now 2 plants mounted side by side. |
Ok, 1st in queue if you're considering selling either. LOL
I can pick up at Sun Pl. |
Gorgeous, I love the idea to mount it like this!
|
Beautiful! I had one similar to this and it was almost constantly in bloom.
|
Lovely!

You have beautiful flowers.
Such an ingenious idea! Its space saving and it is very stable. You have humidity and warmth in your atmosphere that is why it is advisable to grow them outdoors. |
