May be caused by change in temperature/growing conditions or the presence of ripening fruit in the same room.

Lack of humidity will also contribute to this problem.

Thank you for your responses .... So what can I so do to not let this problem continuing happening as you can see in the pics they are in spikes and more buds will continue to grow and I don't want this to happen over and over again ... I water them once a week and fertilize them every other watering I use to fertilize only once a month but I started to see more progress fertilizing every other waterings some of these phals were rescues ,there are NOIDS and I do not know the colors and I can't wait to see them this problem it's making me sad ...

I notice you are keeping your plants in front of a sunny window and have no humidity trays under the plants. When the sun gets lower on the horizon, it may be hitting the plants longer and with more heat than previously. If you have recently turned on your room heat, the humidity is less than it was during the summer.

In other words, increase your humidity, keep any direct sun off the spikes, and check the room temps to see they are not getting too high.

Yes , it is in a sunny window and I have another where i keep the rest of my orchids the other one isn't as sunny as this one I just change my orchids I move most of my phals and the ones that are in spikes to the other window so that way the sun it's not as direct and to the sunny window I put my denbrobium and cattleyas which are more resistant to the brighter light :) let's see if this will work
