need help with a problem orchid
 

I don't know whats on them and I don't know how to get it off it blooms real nice and big but I have to get it healthy so I thank you in advance for any help you can offer

hi! the pleated leaves and the large bark chunks tell me that these plants have suffered somewhat of dehydration...paphs like a more constant moisture level than other orchids....you can help this by transplanting or repotting into a smaller grade of bark...I suggest buying a bag of special paph bark from a reliable dealer like repotme.com or kellys korner....that mix will contain smaller bark chunks of premium bark mixed with some charcoal and perlite and a bit of sphag....the spots on the leaves look to be some damage from water droplets left on the leaves....or possibly some mechanical damage...good luck!
