First time reflasking. Need help

New member and first timer. I started this summer when one of my 10 year old orchids gave me 20 pods. I researched and tried flasking. I know I made a few mistakes: I put too many seeds per jar, was my biggest. I have 9 jars that have survived flasking and reflasking. But I feel that they are too bunched up together. I see small roots in the medium but I also have roots growing upwards as well. I started in June and reflasked in mid September.
Should I reflask again and try to separate?
Or should I wait?
I feel it's going to be a battle to separate them later. I also think that I will loose a few in the battle for space and maybe this can cause mold or fungi to grow in the jars.

Any good advise?? Please help

I would personally like to see some sign of roots and leaves on the seedlings before replating again, then separate and sow far fewer plantlets. I do nor know what genus you are growing, but in Cyms in a Ball jar as you show, 30-40 plantlets per bottle seems to be the average.

I guess I can wait a few weeks till I see more root and leaf. I have always had orchids, but never tried flasking the seeds. Just a hobby. This year my orchids are giving me pods. I have two more orchids with some. I feel bad just letting them dry up so I'm trying flasking for fun.
Thanks for the info.
I'm open to good advise
