Camp lot a Noise Tropicals
 

What is up with this place? I looked around and noticed good remarks on it so made a online order and noticed on my order for some reason there was two of a plant i ordered one of so i called them and emailed them left messages with my phone number and still after 3 phone call's and 2 emails in 6 days no email , no phone call or not even a shipping notice 125 dollar order i would think they would care about and now i have 125 bucks taken out of my paypal account that i could have used for a vendor that would have already sent me what i wanted.

I don't know of this Camp lot a Noise tropicals.

Has anyone else had good or bad issues with them?

Good thing you paid via PayPal. I had the same experience with them. They never responded to any of my email. Their telephone number on their website was disconnected. Their website showed they had experienced a spam attack. I was referred to them by the American Orchid Society, I called their market desk and they said they will look into it but they never did--boo AOS! In great frustration, I finally reported them to PayPal. Forty-eight hours later, I got a refund.

I use pay pal a lot when I order orchids, I haven't had any problems but with them I can get my money back if I have a problem.

I havne't had a problem ever with paying with paypal and this time i just called them opened a claim and they told me no matter what in ten days i will be paid in full even if they don't respond it will come right out of their account.
