Crown Rot

I have holes in 1 leaf of my Phal Long Island Pride 'Isabela' and the new leaf growing out of the top has pieces missing. I have checked for snails. Don't have them. This plant is in spag moss that needs replacing with good orchid mixture. It has new roots and a start of a flower spike. Can I go ahead and repot or wait for spring? My big concern is the holes. I tried to post a picture, but I am told my pic is too big. I am computer stupid and don't know how to shrink it. :hmm :blushing:

On the orchid, yes I think you would be safe repotting - not sure what caused the holes. On the posting pics, Marty has posted a handy how-to on resizing at http://www.orchidboard.com/community...ng-images.html
