Help ! Some black dots on my Phalaenopsis

I don't know, what those black dots are.

Hmm ... maybe some water was trapped during cool weather ...?
Are those areas soft? Getting bigger?

@WhiteRabbit what about mild-moderate scarring? maybe? im blind as a bat so i always have a hard time telling at what I am seeing.

If you are worried, treat with a little isopropyl alcohol and then just keep an eye on it. If the spots increase in size, it could be some sort of infection. If it remains unchanged, no worries.

Well it isn't soft, but if I put my finger there, one area is a little bit further out than the another. But it has flowers and the "branch" is still growing, and I think it will make a new (branch) one too.
