I thought this could be a very helpful thread.

Sometimes a video is worth a thousand pictures, and a picture is worth...well you get the idea.

I'll start:

Orchid Web Youtube Channel
These videos are produced by Orchids Limited, a nursery in the US. Lots of videos on individual plants with growing tips. A great way to find that next plant to buy!

Brad's Greenhouse
This guy has a beautiful setup and hundreds of fascinating plants. A real inspiration, as well as lots of instructional videos, from how to grow an oncidium to how a pitcher plant digests its victims!

Please post any more links to videos/channels that might be of interest to orchid hobbyists new and veteran alike!

This is probably my favorite it is a NOID from Walmart (of all places!) with a unique frilled edge and little pucker eyes. It seems to be a freeflowering plant with good respiking abilities:

The Orchid Wrangler on Youtube only has 3 videos, but they are full of good information! And he does them all in one take so anyone who's ever made a video will know how hard that is!

Also, that orchid is beautiful!!! From wal mart?? Wow, I may have to keep my eye open when I go there.

They had these orchids around Valentine's Day. Walmart actually gets some very good and unusual plants, both indoor and outdoor selections.

The trick is to be there soon after they arrive, as their in-house care is dismal. I have a beautiful rex begonia, amongst others from there, that I brought back from near death. I'd never seen the type offered anywhere else.
