High Praise for Sunset Valley Orchids
 

I e-mailed Fred a few weeks ago. I have been admiring orchids on his website for a long time. Since I had a lot of space recently open up I decided I could replace a few this month. I explained my growing conditions and what plants I liked and qualities I look for in relation to blooming, etc.
I requested his advice on my choices. He e-mailed me back quickly that he was in Australia and would get back to me when he returned in a couple of weeks. True to his word he e-mailed me when he got back and told me to give him a call. I called him and he was extremely helpful. He is so knowledge and great to talk to about orchids. I followed his advice on choices and placed an order. It arrived yesterday. It was packed perfectly and the plants are beautifully grown. They are in clean bark that isn't broken down and the plants are so healthy! I highly recommend SVO!!! From first e-mail to the order arriving it has been the best experience I have had purchasing orchids.
I can't wait to see my new orchids bloom.

Fred was extremely kind to me as well at one of our society meetings. Although there were many people with questions, he was very patient with me a I carefully selected what I wanted. Some people would be a bit frustrated and a tad overwhelmed by that, but he remained calm through it all, and understandably so.

I was looking at his sight yesterday, he has some lovely small catt's, so this is good to know.

Good to hear. He is coming to Canada in Oct. in Alberta. So our society is placing a pre-order with him. I have a few on hold so I can't wait to see them next month!

He is very kind and helpful.

He has wonderful crosses of top notch orchids. The plants are amazingly healthy.
