Leaf problems

Discovered this on two plants that I got in March. All other plants don't have it (yet). Is it serious? Thanks

I don't know exactly what it is. Looks almost like a fungus. I hope someone can give you less vague help.

It does look like fungus developed from water drops left on the leaves.
I'd watch the leaves carefully and blot off any water droplets after watering.

The plant may just drop the leaf on its own or you may have to cut it if the leaf goes mashy, etc. Judging by the picture, the leaf is yellowing, so chances are it would die in the coming days.
If it's a bottom leaf, this is just a natural process, nothing much to worry about except being careful with extra moisture.
