Miltassia royal robe has fluff on mix

i'm not sure what this fluff is but whenever i water my orchid it always shows up i have to thoroughly rinse it to get rid of the fluff, can anyone help?

Mildew ? Mold ? :dunno:

Mold would be my guess also.
