Cattleya warneri with ten flowers
 

This is one of my C. warneri, by far the most vigorous I own. The plant is not tall, the flowers typical, nothing special as to the form, but it is a fantastic bloomer as can be seen. The perfume of 9 flowers (yes, I let the pot fell and one broke off :duh: !!!) of this species is something amazing!

Mauro, stick the flower back on with toothpick! :evil: Seriously, this is one awsum plant and a nice photo. Think Marty could do a 2009 calendar just of your photos? :scratchhead:

The flowers may not be special as to form, but their exuberant display certainly makes up for it!

Mauro, you'll see the call for entries next fall sometime. I'm wondering if Marty might be interested in two editions of calendars since you have enough horizontal format to fill a calendar or two!
