Den for dinner

Can mealies do this kind of damage?

I spotted 3 mealies in a new shipment but am I also dealing with something else? :(
I sprayed everything in the shipment with IPA and will be repotting this weekend.

Correct But slugs and small snails can. Check for them in the evening or very early morning.
