I'm having a Baby!
 

This is my first Flower spike that I have produced. (Well not me personally of course) Dur! I have never had one grow before.

I know that probably sounds a bit sad to all you die-hards in here, but it is a real spectacular thing for me. I have been watching it come up and I am a little disappointed to think that there are only going to be three flowers on this spike? Could it grow more or is it set at the three it looks like now?

I'm just getting my first ever rebloom on one of my phals too! It's very exciting!!

Yours will grow more buds, its just a little spike right now :) Enjoy watching it grow and post pictures when your first flower opens!!

I know how exciting that is! ;)

With the way your spike and the buds are, I don't think it will make many more buds at this time.

You have two buds for sure and the tip looks like it will elongate some more.
Many mini phals do that that. They either explode at one time like the larger varieties, or just a few here and there but for a long long time.

So either way, you will enjoy the bloom. :)

I have a super mini phal (I think it has a equestris in it) I bought at a supermarket back in the winter. It came with about 5-6 flowers open.
After it dropped all those flowers, it kept on adding two three new flowers.
The tiny plant (barely 7cm across) is still in bloom with two flowers ( barely 2cm wide) and two buds coming.

I didn't think I would get any more flowers either. I really only expected it to hatch those three.
