Orchid themed paludarium
 

Hello!

I bought my fiancé an early wedding present, an Exo Terra terrarium. He raided my orchid room and also got a bunch of rare tropical vines and ferns from a friend who does dart frog terrariums. This is the result. What do you all think?

Interesting topic, looks nice although its not really a terrarium.
You provided artificial light and ventilation.
The combination of cool and warm growing orchids is not easy to handle but may work. And if you can bloom your orchids may depend on the quality of your artificial light. Whats bright for our human eyes is not necessarily bright enought for plants in the long run.

Looks cool; hope it works out well. That Tillandsia is a bulbosa if I'm not mistaken.

Very cool! I've thought about doing something similar, with bulbos up top and wild type betta in the bottom...might just be the next project...

Great idea to make an orchid paludarium & who cares if its not a terrarium! What filtration & lighting have you used & have you used a fan?
