had an Identification tag- Parts of it are hard to read...I'll place a question mark in place of the faded letters & maybe someone will recognize part of the name.

from what I can see it says-

Paph. (Makuli-Cu?????-?????Jiae x Phaph Maudiae 'Napa Valley' HCC/AOS x Sib

It might say Makuli-Cundisd; not sure of the other part.

I think I figured it out by googling...It's paph.(makuli-curtisII)-Maudiae x Maudiae'Napa Valley' HCC/AOS x Sib
