I just got an answer from the grower. It's called Vanda Royal Blue.

Looks very dark in pic #1! Curious how you are growing this one. Please tell environment and potting, watering, etc.

I recently purchased V. Pure's Wax, to go along with an earlier purchase of Vanda sanderiana var. alba and wouldn't mind some tips.
