wish i had these in my collection! :) beautiful. |
The frog was so cute! Lovely pictures :D

Amazing pictures. I wish we have orchids growing in situ. Maybe one of these days while walking Central Park, I might encounter some indigenous flowers too.

Thanks, Ashley and Hannah. It's even nicer to see them "in person." I don't know, however, Ashley, if any of the flowers except maybe the Oregon Grape are amenable to cultivation. And, Hannah, we do not have many amphibians out here, so seeing a frog is nice.

Great pictures, Ron. I like the Erythronium too, and the strobilus of the Equisetum. We have a very similar Erythronium (albidum) here.
I see that was taken with the 100 mm f/2.8 L lens. I only have a few lenses for my 7D, but I'm convinced that's the best lens I own, even if it's not the costliest. Steve |
Thanks for looking and commenting, Steve. That 100mm lens is my favorite, and a superb lens, though my wife has the Tamron 90mm which is almost as good.

:cloud9: More wonderful pics!

Thanks, as always, Rosie. Hope you are well and that the job is going well.
