A total bummer. I've only been an occasional customer, but their videos have always been a great resource and enjoyable to watch. Hope they'll be back soon.

Currently, the embedded videos in our product pages and our Learning Center do not work. We recently had a very frustrating technical problem with our Google account that resulted in an unauthorized closing, which in return removed our YouTube channels and videos. We were 1,000 views away from our 1,000,000th view milestone. Needless to say, we are really disappointed and frustrated.

We know our YouTube channel was a wonderful resource and community for many customers and we are currently working with Google support, but unfortunately it seems their support is very limited and is putting us in an endless loop of no real answer for our issue in particular and our data may be lost forever.

We apologize for the inconvenience and are working on the new game plan for recreating and uploading the videos to a new channel and our site again as soon as possible, as well as creating new informatinal clips and tutorials.

google is getting to where if you dont log in to your acct on a regular basis they want you to jump thru hoops to prove your identity bec they have detected suspicious activity and closed your acct. I closed google and Gmail down before they got to me. The only suspicious activity Ive ever had on google is google itself googling my privacy. And the endless customer support service loop supplying ZERO support is that surprising?

Use Bing and show google you dont need to be googled :biggrin:
