Hi!

This orchid worries me because even that has new roots and bloom the leaves doesn't look healthy at all. They have brown tiny brown spots and look wrinkle? I repotted a few moths ago. I water my orchids once a week.

Any thoughts?

That plant looks very desiccated. That can be due to insufficient watering, or to a bad root system that is incapable of taking up water.

You stated it has new roots; in what condition are the older ones?
