Just purchased a Blc (Rlc) Chai Lin with an award of FCC/OSRCC.
What is OSRCC?

OSRCC is the society that gave the award. I cant find where the RCC society anywhere though.

So a plant with an FCC/AOS would be a First Class Certificate awarded by The American Orchid Society

Are you sure it's not OSROC ie the Orchid Society of the Republic of China.
