I just got this burr.jumbo swarmp, and it's really pot bound. The roots are real tight, should I leave it like that or cut down the side and get the rocks out of the center before reporting. Also can it live in sphagnum?

Hmm... I'd try soaking it, then use a chopstick or similar tool to try to get the old media from the middle out. That said, there have been times that no amount of soaking and jiggling a chopstick in there has worked for me, so I gave up and just repotted filling in with fresh media...

Fertilizer and minerals in none pure water will kill live sphag, I believe ...?

Can it be mounted on wood?

I just repotted my Burr. Nelly Isler in lava rock and the dried sphagnum moss. I see no reason you couldn't mount this, though, if you can provide the water needed. Good luck!
