How to grow a Phalaenopsis in Water culture
 

Do I just put the Phal in water ,after removing all the roots, and stick it next to a window? Changing the water every week...

How does fertilizing work?

Any other tips may be helpful too

Its a dying phal and this is my last ditch effort to save it.
