Does this appear to be a virus?

Hi,
I purchased this orchid last year around Mother's Day. I think it had some spotting at the time. I never know what is normal with Onc. since they can have spotty leaves. It is Onc. Heaven Scent 'Sweet Pea'. Is this s virus? I ahve sprayed it three of four times in the past 8 weeks with Neem Oil three in one by Garden State. I don't see the markings on the new growth yet. I have placed it in my daughter's room in case it is a virus since it is away from my other plants in there.

you need to test the plant to really determine if it is a virus....
but I think it has fungi infection from looking at the yellow ring around the dark spots....
you may spray the whole plant drenched to the roots with physan 20 or you can spray it with the original listerine mouthwash.... hydrogen peroxide will also work....

I don't see anything that looks like a virus to me.

YAY, I was worried about it having a pattern and possible being a mosiac virus. Someone that saw it thought it might have been burned with fungicide, pesticide or fertilizer at the grower. Not sure if that would cause this?

The large gray areas look like mite damage.

Thank you. Would neem oil kill them?

by all means use neem oil if you have it, but dont expose it to direct sun; the oil will fry the leaves
