Brown deposits in water culture
 

I'm starting to get some brownish deposits in the water of my sharry baby and as a result I'm not getting any algae growth. Anybody know how to remedy this?

Maybe clean out the container and dunk roots in some hydrogen peroxide? I also change the water once a week. I'll post some pics for what it's worth. Thanks.
