OK. I'm not going to go thorough all of those articles, but why would there be differences in orchid culture among nations?

The plants require the same conditions no matter where they are.

Granted, the measures one must take to provide those conditions may change, but the culture does not.

The material is published by the Canadian Orchid Congress. Though it's probably not necessary, I'm guessing they're just addressing their intended audience. I don't think it really matters though - they look like useful information sheets which anyone can use. :)

I agree, it makes sense to have locally published materials for local growers. ;)

I came across it while looking for a list of Canadian vendors and nurseries besides those already referenced and, frankly, being not that useful......

I was also hoping that there would be a list of some local vendors so that I don't have to pay rather high shipping prices (e.g, $20+ to ship from USA to Canada for a small package like a heat mat, which at times exceeds the price of the product itself! :(( . Compare that to just $6.50 in US, not to mention special FREE SHIPPING deals.)
