What kind of Den?

Does anyone know what kind of Den this is? I got it in Venezuela a while ago and just found a picture of it.

Phalaenanthe-type hybrid, maybe with a dash of Spatulata. I'm not great at growing these, but I've done best with them grown warm, very bright, and allowed to dry well between thorough waterings. Generally they seem pretty tough and undemanding.
