Not a clue about it. There seem to be no real pseudobulbs.

Tolumnia (formerly known as equitant Oncidium) hybrid; these are so variable they're essentially impossible to ID beyond that. Yours does look a lot like the heavily cloned Pretty n Pink one, though...

They do have tiny pbulbs, but those are usually well concealed in the foliage.
