Zga. Charisma pics - mite damage or something else?
 

I just tossed a Den. that had extensive mite damage; at least, that's at best guess what it was. Now I've got leaves on my Zygonisia that are showing lots of smallish yellow spots. Can anyone tell from these pics if this is also mite activity? Wiped the leaves with a white paper towel and did get light brownish smudge on the paper towel, but that may have just been dust/dirt on the leaves. Help! Don't want to lose any more plants or have it spread to so far unaffected orchids.

I'm no expert but it could be mites. I had one recently with marks like that and initially thought it was sun damange or dirty leaves... but found the signs of mites over the weekend :(

:( is right. bugs that invade in great numbers really worry me. I did an unusual ( to me) AOS suggested treatment for mites on 3 of my plants, will repeat in 4 days. Keeping an eye on the rest and hoping for the best. Will have sucrashield in a couple days and hopefully that'll sink the little wretches.
