New to CA
 

Hi all,

I'm new to Long Beach, CA from the Boston, MA area. Just learning about living in a MUCH warmer zone, and currently suffering from very limited space to garden (small apartment balcony).

I've picked up a few Epidendrum keiki's from friendly gardeners I've seen in my walks around town, and also purchased a Coconut Orchid (Maxillariella tenuifolia) at the local farmers market.

I'm a long time gardening fanatic, currently unemployed (and looking), so I have lots of free time to fantasize about all the new plants I can grow here :)

Looking forward to filling my brain with new orchid information and meeting new fellow 'plant geeks'.

I have 2 small windowsills... and some balcony space. Gotta make room for all the other plants too :)
