Grow lighting
 

I picked up a shop light with two flourescent ge f40 bulbs. The bulbs are made for plants and aquariums, they contain phosphorus which is good for the red and blue spectrum of light. Will this be sufficient to grow my NoID phals? Did i mention both the bulbs were 48" each.:biggrin:

Sounds good to me, remember phals do not need a lot of light. Normally I keep mine at a window that does not receive direct/harsh sunlight.
