Israel WAS a large Hawaiian singer. Tragically, he died of massive heart failure (go figure!) a few years back. This song (Over the Rainbow) is on "Facing Future", one of his best (in my opinion.)

Funny (not really) about this because as I was listening to the song, I was thinking of another artist who recorded this song which was the best rendition I've heard and she too, died. Cancer...she was in her early 30's. Her name was Eva Cassidy.
