Cool growing Bulbophyllum species?
I've been on the lookout for cool growing species of Bulbophyllum, particularly ones native to the cloud forests of Borneo, Sumatra, and the Philipines, but it's been hard to even make a wishlist, since most seem to be either very rare in cultivation...or are simply hard to find listed anywhere at all. Can anyone name some cool growers from these regions that are found in cultivation? Thanks.

Interesting.....I had read that grandiflorum was a warm grower...same goes for echinolabium....apparently it's not. Thanks, very helpful! :)

I think Sunipia bicolour or B. bicolour. I don't remember which.

Dude!
Borneo, Sumatra and the Philippines are all equatorial areas...the coldest they have is low 60's...they do not have frost...so I dont know why you are looking for cool growing bullbos from those countries... |

Ahhh...but they do....high altitude cloud forests, such as the ones on Mt.kinabalu and other high mountain ranges. Native plants include Nepenthes, and huge numbers of orchid species. |
how right you are...Mt. Kinabalu has perpetual snow capped tips...but good luck finding those bulbos from those snow capped mountains...
