Good roots will turn green when soaked. The good news that as this is a dendrobium, it will be fine until it gets a new growth and the new growth produces roots. If the roots are bad, you need not water as there are no roots to absorb the water and the canes may rot. For now, keep it warm, in good light with good humidity, and staked so the plant cannot move in the pot. Water when new roots are seen.

The roots look fine to me. It sounds like you potted it correctly. Dont over water it!

10x for reply...well the roots dont get green when soaked more likly that they are rot but cant be sure...so is it better to remove them or keep them ?..and as i mentioned it is now potted..

If you are keeping it dry until there are new roots, I think you could leave the old roots to help stabilize the den.
