need help finding a orchid grower that has vanilla planifolia near Treviso Italy
 

Got a dear friend in Treviso Italy that would love to get a vanilla orchid. im in the usa .. so cant send from here.. but i was hoping to surprise him by buying one online in that country or nearby .. and having them send it to him. he is a vanilla nut.. loves anything vanilla.. and as an orchid.. the vanilla is easy to grow. at least i think it is..lol so if anyone knows of a grower out there or a company.. that can deal with English speakers.. i would appreciate any pointers.. as i would love to surprise him with this gift..

lol i sure hope so. i plan on converting yet another orchi-holic.. lol they are so easy to grow. from those that like all shade to those that like lots of sun.. the first orchid i ever saw was a wild one in indiana in a farmers field.. it was a ladies tresses.. white.. and so verrry pretty. i was 15 at the time.

You are lucky, there is a very very good (and cheap) orchid grower in Italy; Nardotto e Capello. Possibly my favorite EU grower! And they have Vanilla planifolia for 14€. Nardotto e Capello Shop Shipping tacks on another 14-15€ though, and just as an FYI, you can't order less than 2 plants, so maybe you can get your friend another cheap easy to grow orchid to go with the Vanilla!

Or there's another grower that sells it for 25€, but I have never shopped there before (I shop in cheaper places!), although the reviews about it are good
Vanilla You can get only the one plant, and shipping is 7 to 12,50€ depending on the type of shipping.

i see there are 3 different vanilla there.. hmm.. ya just cant have one. i always say lol..
