Two of my Vandas are in bloom. The first, V.masao yamada * V. tokyo blue blooms regularly for the past three years. The second one, V. Robert's delight red has bloomed for the first time.Attachment 62123

The first one is potted in the usual mix of coco. husk+charcoal+brick pieces and it looks ok to me. I have hung the second one with no medium but drenches it twice daily. However it looks awkward to me with it's bare roots hanging down.CAN IT BE MOUNTED ON DRIFTWOOD OR PETRIFIED WOOD?

Both your vandas are beautiful. I grow all my vandas hanging with no medium. I know it can look akward with all those roots but it works well for me. Good luck.
