what could these little dots be on my phals?

I got two mini phalaenopsis this week.
They look healthy and are loaded with flowers.

After close examination of the leaves though, I found some small brown spots on some of the leaves. They are found mostly on the underside of the leaves although smoe are on the top side as well.
The area where the spots form are indented.

I also see some subtle yellow spots, which one of the pictures below show.

Is this onset of leaf rot? What could this be?
If anyone has similar experience with phalaenopsis, please let me know what happened to your plants.

Please no answers based on random possible guessing!

I have to say that I am unsure but would like to hear an explanation as well. My phal's do the same thing, some more so than others.

I will say from my experience it doesn't seem to harm them, but I would still like to know what causes it.

I have quite a few phals, both large and mini, and this is the first time I see something like this.
So, can you tell me if yours developed subtle yellow area without indetation first and then turn brown and indented over time?

I am keeping my eyes on to see if they are spreading or not. The plants look healty other than that and lots of flowers on them, which also means it is in pretty good condition I guess.
