Miltonidium (Freckled Face "Wham Bam") growing a potential spike...

I had this one since June. It had flowers that look like super sized Gower Ramsey with red brown dots on the petals. The plant itself stays about the size of my Oncidium Sweet Sugar.

By far, this one is the fastest growing orchid I've ever had. I finished flowering in July, started growing a new baby the opposite side of where the spike was. At first, it was so skinny and pointy that I thought it was a second spike coming out. Soon after that, pb older than the one that just finished flowering started to grow a new baby as well.
They grew together like twins. By early September, they looked like they reached a full size and their new pb started to fatten up, which took about a month for them. Then they came to a pause and now I found a new pointy thing coming out of both of them, except one of them is so small that it doesn't show in the pictures.

It is supposed to be a spike, but I'll have to give it some more time before I can tell for sure.

The second picture was taken early August, barely one month of growing. Yes, I did cut part of some leaves that looked ugly to me. lol

In the last three pictures, you have to look really closely to see the second new pb as it is sort of hidden in the back.
I like to see how the old pbs on this plant shrink and plump up throughout each week. It responds very well to watering. My other oncidiums don't do this. Once the old pbs get wrinkly, they stay that way for good, but this one is like an accordian! :)

Update on the potential spike...

I checked the plant today and what I hoped to be a flower spike was a new growth again.
This hybrid, like many others, is supposed to flower everytime a new pb is mature before growing another growth.
Well, well, well...
I found that the other newly mature growth has a very tiny growth between its pb and a leaf, so I will see what that will be in a few weeks from now.
