Masdevallia care-wrong place to post?
 

I notice that I'm not seeing threads here regarding Masdie care. I am new to them, and just recently bought 2 small Masdevallia 'Tribbles' from an online grower. I think they're pretty healthy but one of them has brown tips on a few of the leaves. I've had them for about 10 days and although there is no increasing 'browning' I am concerned as I have no idea what caused this.

Brown tips could be fertilizer burn or drastic temperature change. Can you post a picture?
